We provide a high level of service and customer support. Qualified personnel guarantees that the purchased machine will meet all customer requirements. We provide service support throughout Poland from the Service Center.
Upon installation, your robot is automatically connected to the service server. This service enables remote diagnosis of the robot's work, as well as remote repair. Should it be necessary to replace components, the service center has a full range of spare parts. We are ready to act quickly. Our well-functioning technical service guarantees that the device will be fully operational in the event of a failure. The service support also includes updating the control systems. As a result, your robot will always use the latest and up-to-date technologies.
The components are manufactured in our plants in Poland. This guarantees the availability of all spare parts. As constructors and component manufacturers, we are able to control the quality at every stage of the robot's production.
The standard warranty period is 24 months, but it is possible to extend it to 36 or 48 months. After 30 days from the installation of the pharmacy robot, a free warranty inspection will be carried out with the possibility of supplementary training.
